摘要
针对中煤鄂尔多斯能源化工有限公司锅炉炉水pH值出现异常降低情况,从锅炉炉水加药药剂、蒸汽及给水系统物质影响、换热器或预热器内漏等方面进行了排查。结果发现,脱盐水预热器内漏,脱盐水阳离子树脂老化、脱落并在锅炉发生去磺酸基反应,分别是两次锅炉炉水pH值降低的主要原因。通过优化工艺控制、更换大孔型强酸阳树脂等措施,解决了锅炉炉水pH降低的问题,确保了装置的安稳运行。
With reference to abnormal pH decrease of boiler water in China Coal Ordos Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,investigations were done from boiler water dosing agent,physical influence of steam and water supply system,and internal leakage of heat exchanger or preheater.It was found the main reasons were the internal leakage of demineralized water preheater,aging and falling of demineralized water cation resin,resulting in de-sulfonic group reaction in the boiler.By optimizing process control and replacing with macroporous strong acid cationic resin,the problem of low pH of boiler water was solved,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the plant.
