摘要 综合考虑高压直流(LCC-HVDC)接入电网时已恢复负荷的频率调节特性、功率因数、大小与位置对受端系统安全性的影响,结合系统恢复过程中的负荷投入特点,提出了一种考虑直流接入对系统安全性影响的负荷恢复优化方法。以直流接入时受端电网频率偏差最小化、节点电压偏移程度最小化和联合潮流熵最大化为优化目标,考虑机组出力、线路潮流等约束条件,采用快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)求解出负荷恢复的Pareto最优解集;然后根据三角模糊数和信息熵权法分别确定各属性的主客观权重,通过灰色关联分析模型对各方案进行多属性决策选出最满意的解。最后,通过含高压直流通道的新英格兰10机39节点系统算例验证了所提方法的有效性。 Considering the effect of frequency regulation characteristics,power factor,size and position of the restored load on the end system security when the high voltage direct current(LCC-HVDC)makes its access,combined with the operation characteristics of load input during the system restoration process,a method for load restoration optimization considering the influence of DC access on the system security is proposed.The optimization goals are designed to minimize the frequency deviation,minimize the voltage offset of the nodes and maximize the power flow entropy of the receiving grid,the fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)is used to solve the Pareto optimal solution set of load restoration when considering the constraints of unit output and line power flow;and then,the subjective and objective weights of each attribute are determined according to the triangular fuzzy number and the information entropy method,the most satisfactory solution is selected by the gray relational analysis model.Finally,the validity of the proposed method is verified by an example of the New England 10-machine 39-node system with HVDC channel.
