摘要
目的 对脑梗死后认知功能障碍采用多奈哌齐联合银杏叶片治疗的临床效果及安全性进行评析。方法 选取本院神经内科2016年2月至2017年2月收治的84例脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者作为本次研究对象,采用数字表法随机分成探究组和对比组,各42例;两组均给予常规对症治疗,对比组采用多奈哌齐治疗,探究组同时联用银杏叶片治疗,均连续治疗3个疗程,应用蒙特利尔认知量表(MoCa)、简易智力状态量表(MMCSE)评价治疗前后两组患者认知功能改善情况,并对比两组临床总有效率。结果 治疗后,两者患者MoCa、MMSE评分均有改善,但探究组改善效果优于对比组(P<0.05);探究组临床总有效率为92.9%,对比组为78.6%,两组相比差异有统计意义(P<0.05);在用药过程中两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论 在脑梗死后认知功能障碍治疗中,联合应用多奈哌齐、银杏叶片治疗,效果确切,能有效改善患者认知功能,且安全性较高,临床价值重大。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of donepezil combined with ginkgo tablets for cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction.Methods 84 patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction admitted ito our department from February,2016 to February,2017 were selected as study objects,and were randomly divided into a research group and a contrast group by digital table method,42 cases for each group.The two groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment;the contrast group were treated with donepezil,and the research group with donepezil and ginkgo tablets.Both groups were treated 3 courses.The curative effects were compared.Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCa)and Mini Mental State Scale(MMSE)evaluation were used to evaluated the patients’cognitive function before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the scores of MoCa and MMSE were improved in both groups and were better in the research group than in the contrast group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 92.9%in the research group and was 78.6%in the contrast group,with a statistical difference.No obvious adverse reaction occurred in the two groups.Conclusion In the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction,the combination of donepezil and ginkgo Btablets is effective,can effectively improve the patients’cognitive function,and has high safety and great clinical value.
