摘要
近些年来,村干部"微权力"腐败呈高发态势,给农村各项事业与党的执政形象及执政基础带来巨大危害。村干部"微权力"腐败尽管类型各异、成因复杂,但其根本原因在于村干部"微权力"腐败治理机制的滞后或缺失。要破解我国村干部"微权力"腐败治理难题,必须建立健全农村村干部思想政治教育机制、农村基层治理机制、农村基层法治机制、村干部权力监管机制和村干部保障激励机制。
In recent years,the micro-power corruption of rural cadres has been on a high-profile situation,which has brought great harm to the various undertakings of the countryside and the party′s ruling image and its governance foundation.Although the micro-power corruption of rural cadres is different in types and causes,the root cause lies in the lag and deficiency of the micro-power corruption governance mechanism of rural cadres in China.To solve the problem of corruption governance of rural cadres"micro power",we must establish and improve the ideological and political education mechanism for rural cadres,rural grass-roots governance mechanisms,rural grass-roots legal systems,rural cadres′power supervision mechanisms,and rural cadres′incentive mechanisms.
