摘要
随着炼油产业高速发展,精细化管理逐步推进,原油优化采购加工重要程度逐渐凸显。油化一体企业不仅要有先进、科学的计算机软件指导原油优化采购,而且还要结合装置适应性、原油海外运输拼装、国内调和输转条件,使优化采购方案以最经济的手段实施,最终在满足装置安全平稳生产的前提下,提高经济效益。
With rapid development of refining industry and push for fine management,the importance of crude optimal procurement and processing has become more prominent.An integrated refining-chemical enterprise should not only has advanced and scientific computer software to direct crude optimal procurement,but also let the optimal procurement scheme to be implemented with most economical means combining with unit adaptability,crude overseas transportation consolidation and domestic blending and transportation condition,finally enhancing economic benefit on the premise of satisfying unit safe and steady operation.
