We need knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workforce,as well as craftsmanship spirit in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The practical teaching of ideological and political course is an effective way to cultivate craftsmanship spirit.The effective integration of the two is to implement Xi Jinping's educational thought of"moral establishment and talent cultivation"and the Ministry of Education's requirement of improving the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.It is not only an effective way of cultivating and practicing core socialist values but also an inevitable requirement of talent training in the new era.
