摘要
采用临时吊杆法更换中承式钢筋混凝土系杆拱桥吊杆,通过临时吊杆梯度转移吊杆力,完成吊杆更换。在现有等步长更换的基础上,为减小更换吊杆对相邻吊杆索力和桥面线形的影响,对吊杆张拉方案进行研究,提出采用差值法进行梯度张拉和卸载。研究表明,采用差值法更换吊杆,可以明显减小桥面线形的变化量,减小对相邻吊杆索力的影响,并且至张拉完毕索力和线形均在限值范围之内,无需二次调索。
Temporary hanger method was adopted to replace the hanger of the middle-through reinforced concrete tied arch bridge.Hanger force was transformed by means of temporary hanger gradient to complete hanger replacement.On the basis of existing equivalent step replacement,in order to reduce the inf luence of replacing hanger on the cable forces of the adjacent hangers and bridge elevation,the tensioning scheme of the hanger was studied and the difference proportion method was presented to graded tension and unload.The result shows that replacing hanger by using difference proportion method can obviously reduce the change of the bridge elevation,and reduce the inf luence on the cable forces of the adjacent hangers.The cable force and bridge elevation are within the limit value until the tensioning is completed,so it is unnecessary to tension the hanger for a second time.
