姓名作为标示人物身份的重要文化符号,隐含着宗法等级观念和社会审美取向等文化意蕴。《红楼梦》的人物命名独具匠心,将艺术、习俗和文化有机结合,全景式地再现了现实生活,巧妙地反映了曹雪芹对传统文化的继承与反思。《红楼梦》中的命名艺术,具有丰富的姓名学思想,在真假对举的命名系统中明确了人物命名重人伦的价值取向和别行业的审美趋势,重新树立了"名副其实"的人生追求,并反复规劝人们破除私我执念。从真假两极对举的角度切入,人们可得窥曹雪芹等有识之士面对时代困境时的焦虑和回应。
Name is not only an important culture symbol to mark the identity of a character,but also embodies cultural connotations of patriarchal hierarchy and social aesthetics.Characters naming in A Dream of Red Mansions presents unique ingenuity,integrates arts,customs and culture,panoramically demonstrates the real life,and skillfully reflects Cao Xueqin s inheritance and reflection on the traditional culture.It embodies abundant naming theories and concepts,clarifies the value orientation of emphasizing human relations and aesthetic tendency through the binary opposition of“true”and“false”in the naming system,reestablishes the life pursuit of“being worthy of the name”,and repeatedly persuades people to get rid of obsessiveness and selfishness.From the perspective of the binary opposition of true and false,people of insight like Cao Xueqin s anxiety and response to the predicament of the era can be demonstrated.
