摘要
分区管控方法是将某一安保区域分为各个部分分别实施管控的方法。在大型活动中划分多层防护圈、设置多个集散通道、划分若干功能区、实施网格化管控等做法都属于这一方法的具体应用。着眼时代要求,大型活动分区管控要将活动现场的改造与分区管控结合起来,运用科技手段升级分区管控方法,减少分区管控的外部影响,加强应急处突专项能力建设。
Subarea control method is to divide a certain security area into various parts and implement the management and control respectively.The specific application of this method in major events ranges from setting up multilayer protective rings and multiple entrances and exits,dividing several functional areas to implement grid management and control.In view of the requirements of the times,subarea control of major events shall integrate the event site renovation and subarea control method,apply high-tech to upgrade subarea control so as to reduce its effect beyond the event site and improve the emergency response capability.
