摘要
目的观察宁肺丸治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法将我院2010~2017年门诊诊治稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组用宁肺丸(黄芪、熟地各3份,山药2份,红参、三七、丹参、桃仁、姜半夏、茯苓、白术、白芥子、苏子、五味子、紫石英各1.5份、炙甘草、干姜各1份)。上药打细末水泛为丸,每粒重0.5g,每次服6~8粒,每天3次。对照组予常规止咳、化痰中成药治疗作对比。观察期为1年,观察1年内发作频次及症状与肺功能改善情况。结果本组1年内无急性发作者19例,发作者1次6例,发作2次以上者5例,对照组分别是6例,11例,13例。症状与肺功能改善情况:治疗组总有效率83.33%;对照组总有效率40.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组6分钟步行距离大于对照组。结论针对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,应用宁肺丸治疗,可显著提高总有效率,改善患者临床症状和肺通气功能,具有非常重要的开展价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ningfei pill in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Sixty cases of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital outpatient from 2010 to 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Ningfei pill(Radix Astragali,Radix Rehmanniae,3 copies,Chinese yam 2 copies,red ginseng,Salvia miltiorrhiza,tuckahoe,peach,Jiang Banxia,Atractylodes,white mustard seed,perilla,Schisandra,amethyst,1.5 copies,licorice,ginger 1 copies each).A fine on the water pan for the pills,every grain of 0.5g,take 6 to 8 tablets,3 times a day.The control group was compared with conventional antitussive and expectorant Chinese medicine.The observation period was 1 years.The seizure frequency,symptoms and pulmonary function improvement in 1 years were observed.Results There were 19 cases of no acute onset in 1 years,6 cases in 1 times,5 cases in 2 times,and there were 6,11,13 cases separately in control group.Symptoms and pulmonary function improvement:the total effective rate in the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 40%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6 minute walking distance in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group.Conclusion For the patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the application of Ningfei pill can significantly improve the total effective rate,improve the clinical symptoms and ventilatory function of patients,and has a very important development value.
