摘要
试验旨在研究曲霉菌感染对雏鸡血液生理生化指标的影响。选择80只14日龄海兰褐公鸡,随机分成两组,每组40只。试验组雏鸡用曲霉菌孢子攻毒,使其感染曲霉菌,对照组不攻毒。两组均按正常饲养管理和防疫,21日龄从试验组选择已感染且出现典型症状的雏鸡和对照组,各选10只鸡采抗凝血和凝血各一管检测血液生理指标和生化指标,进行比较。结果表明:试验组鸡白细胞总数特别是中性粒细胞数(GRA)、中间细胞数明显增高(P<0.01),血红蛋白含量、血小板总数显著增加(P<0.01);谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、氨酰转肽酶(r-GT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DB)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、血小板增高(PCT)、尿酸增高(UA)(P<0.05);红细胞总数含量下降(P<0.05)。这说明雏鸡感染曲霉菌病属于感染性疾病,且引起肝脏受损,导致肝功能七项指标增高,肾脏受损导致尿酸明显增高,且引起贫血症状。
The purpose of this study was to study the effects of aspergillus infection on the physical and chemical indexes of chicken blood.In this study,eighty 14-day-old Hy-Line brown roosters were randomly divided into two groups,forty in each group.The aspergillus spores were used to infect the chicks in experimental group,while chicks in control group were not infected.Both groups were kept under normal feeding management and epidemic prevention.21 days after the infection,10 chicks infected with typical symptoms from the experimental group and 10 from the control group were selected to detect and compare their blood physiological indexes and biochemical indexes.The results showed the total number of white blood cells in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,especially the number of neutrophils and the number of intermediate cell were significantly increased(P<0.01);the hemoglobin content and the total number of platelets were significantly increased(P<0.01);aspertate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,glutamyl transpeptidase,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,indirect bilirubin,total protein,albumin,globulin,platelet and uric acid were significantly increased(P<0.05);the total number of red blood cells were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The results showed that aspergillosis is an infectious disease which causes liver damage,increases the seven indicators of liver function significantly.It also results in kidney damage,leading to uric acid significantly increased,in addition,gives rise to anemia symptoms.
