硅碳复合负极材料的制备及电化学性能研究 被引量:2

Preparation and electrochemical property of silicon/carbon composite anode material

摘要 采用机械球磨和喷雾干燥-热解法制备Si/C复合负极材料。通过XRD、SEM和恒流充放电测试对材料的结构、形貌和电化学性能进行表征。结果表明:具有碳包覆结构的Si/C复合材料颗粒形貌近似球形。在100 m A/g的电流密度下充放电,首次放电比容量达到648.1 m Ah/g,首次充放电效率为77.2%,循环30周后,可逆比容量为528 m Ah/g。 Silicon/carbon composite anode material was prepared by ball milling and spray drying pyrolysis process.Then the structure,morphology and electrochemical property of the as-prepared composite materials were examined by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and galvanostatic charge/discharge testing.The results show that carbon-coated Si/C composite exhibits sphere-like particles with regular morphology.The discharge specific capacity is 648.1 mAh/g at a current density of 100 mA/g and the initial coulombic efficiency of 77.2%for the first cycle.After 30 cycles,the reversible specific capacity is 528 mAh/g.
