摘要
大模数中硬齿面齿轮在热处理后,其全齿面难以获得设计要求硬度值且加工困难,无法满足使用要求。文中依据计算数据和生产经验,给出了一种能满足大模数中硬齿面齿轮设计要求的加工工艺,针对实际生产中遇到的一些问题给出具体解决方案。
After the heat treatment of the hard tooth surface gear with large modulus,it is difficult to obtain the required hardness value for the design of the hard tooth surface gear,and it is difficult to process the gear and meet the requirements of use.Based on the calculation data and production experience,this paper presents a processing technology that can meet the design requirements of hard-toothed gears in large modules,and gives specific solutions to some problems encountered in actual production.
