摘要
目的:研究丹参多酚酸盐治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2014年10月-2017年10月收治的28例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为两组,每组各14例。观察组给予丹参多酚酸盐联合甲钴胺及α-硫辛酸治疗,对照组给予甲钴胺及α-硫辛酸治疗,对比分析两组患者临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的治疗总有效率(57.14%)。观察组的不良反应发生率为14.29%,明显少于对照组的71.43%,P<0.05。结论:丹参多酚酸盐治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床治疗效果良好,值得进一步研究发展。
Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of salvianolate on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:28 patients were divided into 2 groups,14 cases for each.The observation group was given salvianolate,mecobalamin andα-lipoic.The control group was given mecobalamin andα-lipoic.Results:The total efficiency was 92.86%in the observation group,higher than 57.14%in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 14.29%in the observation group,lower than 71.43%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Salvianolate on diabetic peripheral neuropathy shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
