摘要
目的:观察加味过敏煎治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选择80例喉源性咳嗽患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组用加味过敏煎内服治疗,对照组予复方氢溴酸右美沙芬糖浆和氯雷他定片口服,两组均连续治疗14d,观察临床疗效,并进行组间比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为95.0%,两组经Ridit分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组无不良反应,对照组有头晕、嗜睡、食欲不振等不适症状。结论:加味过敏煎治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效确切,是治疗喉源性咳嗽的简单有效方法之一。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guoming Jian(过敏煎)on laryngeal cough.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Guoming Jian,and the control group was given compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide syrup and loratadine tablets.Both groups were treated for 14 days,and the clinical curative effects were observed and compared between groups.Results:The total efficiency was 97.5%in the treatment group and 95.0%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups by Ridit analysis(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the treatment group,and patients in the control group suffered from dizziness,lethargy,loss of appetite and other discomfort.Conclusion:Guoming Jian is effective on laryngeal cough.
