摘要
设计一种基于ds PIC30F4011芯片的轮毂电机驱动型电动汽车电机控制系统。设计电机控制器软硬件控制电路,采用转速比例-积分(Prportion Integral,PI)闭环单极性脉冲宽度(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)控制方式,通过调节PWM占空比改变电机绕组的平均电压,实现电机调速。基于电机转速闭环单极性PI控制方案进行系统仿真,并搭建整车试验平台对电机进行空载运行试验。仿真和试验结果表明:轮毂电机驱动型电动汽车控制系统运行平稳,具有较好的动态和静态特性,控制方案能够满足轮毂电机的运行要求。
An electric vehicle motor control system based on dsPIC30F4011 chip is designed.Designing the control circuit of the hardware and software of the motor controller and using the PWM(pulse width midulation)control mode of the speed PI(Proportion Integral,PI)closed-loop single polarity,the motor speed regulation is achieved by adjusting the PWM duty cycle to change the average voltage of the motor winding.The system simulation is based on the single polarity PI control scheme of the motor speed closed loop,and the whole vehicle test platform is built to carry out the load-free operation test.The simulation and test results show that the control system of the electric vehicle driven by the hub motor runs steadily and has good dynamic and static characteristics.As the result,the control scheme can meet the running requirements of the hub motor.
