摘要
以制备燃料油过程中副产丙烷为原料,从反应工艺条件、技术可行性和清洁环保等方面进行系统分析,得出采用Catofin工艺制备丙烯,并以HPPO工艺制备环氧丙烷的路径具有生产工艺清洁环保、经济性高、目标产物市场前景广阔等优点,可以将丙烷资源化高附加值利用.并采用Aspen Plus软件对全流程进行模拟,得出丙烷资源化利用工艺路线.
In the process of preparing fuel oil,the byproduct propane is the raw material.Based on the systematic analysis of technological conditions,technical feasibility and whether the process is clean and environmentally friendly,it is found that using Catofin process to prepare propylene,and to prepare epoxy propane path with HPPO process has the advantages of clean environment,high economy and wide prospect of the target product market,which can be used for high added value of propane resources.By using Aspen Plus software for simulation,the whole process route map was obtained.
