摘要
新时代背景下高职院校培养人才要融入工匠精神教育。文章通过对福州地区的调研,提出了"四位一体"的工匠精神培育模式:改革高职院校人才培养方案,建立工匠制度;加强社会主义核心价值观教育与匠人文化教育,涵养工匠品质;探索多途径教学模式,塑造工匠技能;发挥榜样示范作用,树立工匠模范,最终养成学生的工匠精神。
In the new era,the talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges should be integrated into the"Craftsman Spirit"education.Through the investigation of Fuzhou area,this paper puts forward"Four-point Strategy"of"Craftsman Spirit"cultivation mode.First,reform the talent training scheme of higher vocational colleges and establishing the"craftsman system";Second,strengthen the core socialist values education and the craftsman culture education,and foster"craftsman quality";Third,explore multi-channel teaching mode and build"craftsman skill";Fourth,play a role model and set up"the craftsman model",then eventually form the students’"craftsman spirit".
