摘要
本文论述了臭氧水在食品工厂清洁、杀菌方面的应用,重点介绍了臭氧发生机的特性及在食品工厂的有用性,最后展望了臭氧水的应用前景。
This paper discusses the application of ozone water in food factory cleaning and sterilization.The characteristics of ozone generator and its usefulness in food factories are highlighted.Finally,the application prospect of ozone water is forecasted.
