摘要
目的研究熊胆粉对小鼠常压下耐缺氧能力及抗氧化作用。方法将小鼠随机分为高剂量组(2.8 g/kg),中剂量组(1.4 g/kg),低剂量组(0.7 g/kg),红景天组(2.8 g/kg)及空白给药组,连续灌胃给药15 d,每日1次,观察各组小鼠常压下耐缺氧时间及血清、心、肝、脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)活力及丙二醛(Model driven architecture,MDA)含量。结果高中剂量组常压下耐缺氧时间得到明显延长,高中低剂量组均对提高小鼠肝脏内SOD、GSH-PX酶活力及降低MDA含量有明显作用,高剂量组对提高小鼠血清、心脏、脑组织中SOD、GSH-PX酶活力及降低MDA含量有明显效果。结论通过动物实验初步确定熊胆粉对小鼠常压下耐缺氧能力及抗氧化能力有一定的提高作用。
Objective To study the effects of bear gall powder on hypoxia tolerance and antioxidation in mice under normal pressure.Methods The mices were randomly divided into high-dose group(2.8 g/kg),medium-dose group(1.4 g/kg),low-dose group(0.7 g/kg),rhodiola capsule content solution(2.8 g/kg)and blank group.Mice were given intragastric administration continuously once a day for 15 d.We observed the hypoxic tolerance time and the superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase activity and ModelDriven Architecture(MDA)content in serum,heart,liver and brain of mice in each group.Results Hypoxia tolerance time was significantly prolonged under normal pressure in high and medium-dose group.High,medium and low-dose group all had significant effects on increasing SOD,GSH-PX enzyme activity and reducing MDA content in liver of mice.High-dose group had obvious effects on improving SOD,GSH-PX enzyme activity and reducing MDA content in serum,heart and brain of mice.Conclusion It is preliminarily confirmed by animal experiments that bear gall powder can improve the ability of hypoxia tolerance and antioxidant capacity of mice under normal pressure.
