摘要
目的比较微型接骨板联合重建接骨板与螺钉联合重建接骨板治疗髋臼后壁骨折的临床疗效。方法随机选取2013年5月～2017年5月我院收治的髋臼后壁骨折患者89例,依据手术方法分为微型接骨板联合重建接骨板组(对照组,n=49)和螺钉联合重建接骨板组(研究组,n=40),统计分析两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、髋关节功能评分、临床疗效、术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者的髋关节功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。研究组患者的骨折复位质量优良率[90.0%(36/40)]显著高于对照组[79.6%(39/49)](P<0.05)。两组患者的术后并发症发生率20.0%(8/40)、26.5%(13/49)之间的差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论螺钉联合重建接骨板治疗髋臼后壁骨折的临床疗效较微型接骨板联合重建接骨板显著。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of microplate combined with reconstructed plate and screw combined with reconstructed plate in the treatment of posterior wall fracture of acetabulum.Methods A total of 89 patients with acetabular posterior wall fractures who were admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to May 2017 were randomly selected.According to the surgical methods,these patients were divided into two groups:microplate combined with reconstructed plate group(control group,n=49)and screw combined with reconstructed plate group(study group,n=40).The operation time,amount of intraoperative blood loss,hip function score,clinical efficacy,and occurrence of postoperative complications were statistically analyzed in both groups.Results The hip function scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).However,the difference in the operation time and amount of intraoperative blood loss between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).The excellent and good rate of fracture reduction in the study group was 90.0%(36/40),significantly higher than that in the control group[(79.6%(39/49)](P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the two groups of patients was 20.0%(8/40)and 26.5%(13/49)respectively,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Screws combined with reconstructed plate in the treatment of posterior wall fractures of acetabulum has a more significant clinical effect than microplate combined with reconstructed plate.
