摘要
超高温氧化物共晶复合陶瓷具有优异的力学性能、高温组织稳定性、抗氧化和抗腐蚀性能,被认为是1400℃以上高温富氧环境长时稳定服役的理想高温结构材料,近年来受到世界各国学者的广泛关注。系统介绍了氧化物共晶复合陶瓷的发展现状,对近年来本领域取得的重要进展进行了总结和分析,同时结合作者在本领域的研究,重点阐述了超高温度梯度定向凝固氧化物共晶复合陶瓷的组织特征、凝固特性、以及晶体取向/结构特征和力学性能,最后对氧化物共晶复合陶瓷今后的发展趋势和突破点进行了展望。
Oxide-based eutectic composite ceramics possess excellent mechanical properties,high-temperature microstructure stability,and superior oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance,which have been considered as the most promising candidates applied in high-temperature oxygen-enriched environment above 1400℃for long periods.This paper systematically reviews the important development of processing,microstructures and properties of oxide-based eutectic composite ceramics in the past few years.Specially,the progress in microstructure characteristic,solidification behavior,crystal orientation relationships,mechanical properties and toughening method of super-high temperature gradient directionally solidified eutectic ceramic in our group are highlighted.Lastly,the prospects and future developments in this field are proposed.
