摘要
介绍了某废水厂2000m^3/d的生产废水和生活污水处理后回用的工艺。针对污水的水质,本设计采用卡鲁塞尔(Carrousel)2000型氧化沟工艺,不仅去除BOD5、COD等有机污染物的效率高,而且还具备一定的脱氮除磷能力,对BOD5、COD、TN的去除率均可达到95%。污水回用的深度处理采用砂滤和臭氧消毒法。本设计考虑了节能降耗方面的问题,在达到处理效果的前提下选择了节能的工艺,选用了高效能的设备和装置。以及污水处理后加以回用,使处理成本大大降低。
This paper introduces the technology of reuse of wastewater and domestic sewage treatment in 2000m3/d.In view of the sewage water quality,this design uses Carrousel(Carrousel 2000 oxidation ditch process,not only to remove BOD5,high efficiency of organic pollutants such as COD,but also have a certain ability of removing nitrogen and phosphorus,The removal rate of BOD5,COD,TN can reach 95%.Sand filtration and ozone disinfection are used in the treatment of wastewater reuse.This design takes into consideration the problem of energy saving and reducing consumption,selects the energy saving technology under the premise of achieving the treatment effect,and selects the equipment and device with high efficiency.And the reuse of sewage treatment,which greatly reduces the processing cost.
