摘要
建立一种同时分析烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、莠去津的液相色谱法方法:采用高效液相色谱,以乙腈和酸水作为流动相,使用以ODS C18为填充的不锈钢柱和可变紫外检测器,在270nm波长下对试样中烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、莠去津进行液相色谱分离和定量测定。本方法线性关系好、简便、快速、精密度高,适用于三元复配烟嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、莠去津定性和定量分析。
To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous analysis of nicosulfuron,mesotrione and Atrazine.Methods:using high performance liquid chromatography,with acetonitrile and acid water as the mobile phase,using variable UV detector of ODS C18 as the filled stainless steel column,the liquid chromatography was used for the separation and quantitative determination of nicosulfuron,mesotrione and Atrazine at the wavelength of 270nm.Conclusion:this method has good linear,simple,rapid and high precision.It is suitable for the establishment of ternary formulation nicosulfuron,mesotrione and Atrazine for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
