摘要
目的:观察柴葛退热汤治疗上呼吸道感染合并高热患儿的临床疗效及对患儿血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)表达水平的影响。方法:选取96例上呼吸道感染合并高热的患儿纳入本次研究,经随机法将入选患儿均分为对照组与观察组,两组均给予基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗的同时以布洛芬退热,观察组在基础治疗的同时给予柴葛退热汤治疗,治疗1疗程后对比两组临床疗效,观察两组患儿退热情况,于治疗前、后检测两组患儿血清中的CRP、PCT的表达水平。结果:观察组临床总有效率为95.83%,对照组临床总有效率为83.33%;观察组临床疗效较对照组良好(P<0.05)。观察组退热起效时间、退热时间及首次退热后上升次数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组CRP、PCT表达水平均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CRP、PCT表达水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴葛退热汤治疗小儿上呼吸道感染并高热疗效理想、起效快,并可有效降低患儿血清CRP、PCT的表达水平。
Objective:To observe the Chaige Tuire decoction of upper respiratory tract infection with the clinical effect of the treatment of children with high fever and on serum c-reactive protein(CRP),calcitonin(PCT)expression level of influence.Methods:96 cases of children with upper respiratory tract infection combined heat in this study,to be elected by the method of random children were divided into control group and observation group,two groups were given basic treatment,the control group at the same time of foundation treatment with ibuprofen antifebrile,observation group in the foundation treatment at the same time give Chaige Tuire decoction,compared two groups of clinical curative effect after the treatment of a course,observe two groups of children with fever,before treatment,after detection of two groups of children with the expression of CRP and PCT level in the serum.Results:The total effective rate was 95.83%in the observation group,and 83.33%in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of CRP and PCT in both groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);the expression levels of CRP and PCT in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaige Tuire decoction is effective in treating infantile upper respiratory tract infection and high fever,and can effectively reduce the expression level of serum CRP and PCT in children.
