摘要
采用研磨法对采集于陇南个花椒种植区的健康和感病的4―8年树龄的花椒树枝叶片20份进行了内生菌分离,得到内生细菌5000株,通过菌落形态、大小、颜色等指标筛选出了50株进行了种类多样性分析,分析结果表明,内生细菌属于厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria)三个门,14个属26个种,在厚壁菌门的42株菌株属于6个属19个种,其中芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus spp.)在数量上占优,共有36株,占该类群的85.70%。在芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus spp.)中共有13个种分别为:B.timonensis、B.siamensis、B.aryabhattai、B.altitudinis、B.safensis、B.velezensis、B.zhangzhouensis、B.subterraneus、B.oryzisoli、B.oceanisediminis、B.mesonae、B.depressus、B.atrophaeus,其余后壁菌门的6个种属于:Brevibacillus panacihumi、Brevibacillus formosus、Bacillus subtilis subsp.Inaquosorum、Paenibacillus lautus、Lysinibacillus macroides和Terribacillus aidingensis;变形菌门(Proteobacteria)种类属于Paracoccus sanguinis、Serratia marcescens subsp.marcescens、Brevundimonas vesicularis、Alcaligenes faecalis subsp.faecalis和Achromobacter spanius。放线菌门(Actinobacteria)属于Micrococcus endophyticus。
using the grinding method of acquisition in longnan a prickly ash the growing sense of health and disease of 4 to 8 years old of prickly ash tree leaf 20 for the separation of endophytes,get 5000 endophytic bacteria strains,through colony morphology,size,color and other indicators selected 50 strains are analyzed in species diversity,the analysis results show that the endogenous bacteria belonging to the Firmicutes,Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria three doors,14 genera and 26 kinds of bacteria,in the Firmicutes wall door from 42 strains belong to 6 genera and 19 species,including Bacillus spp.,on the number of dominant,a total of 36 strains,accounted for 85.70%of the group.The Bacillus spp.There're a total of 13 kinds of respectively:B.timonensis,B.siamensis,B.aryabhattai,B.altitudinis,B.safensis,B.velezensis,B.z hangzhouensis,B.subterraneus,B.oryzisoli,B.oceanisediminis,B.mesonae,B.depressus,B.atrophaeus,six kinds of belong to the rest of the Firmicutes:Brevibacillus panacihumi,Brevibacillus formosus,Bacillus subtilis subsp.Inaquosorum,Paenibacillus lautus,Lysinibacillus macroides and Terribacillus aidingensis;The species of Proteobacteria belong to Paracoccus sanguinis,Serratia marcescens subsp.marcescens,Brevundimonas vesicularis,Alcaligenes faecalis subsp.faecalis and Achromobacter spanius.Actinobacteria belongs to Micrococcus endophyticus.
