摘要
目的:探讨强化心理护理及健康指导在良性前列腺增生患者围术期应用的效果。方法:收治良性前列腺增生患者96例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予强化心理护理及健康指导,比较两组配合度及优良率、健康知识知晓率。结果:两组配合度及优良率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对饮食、生活起居、康复训练和并发症预防知识的知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:良性前列腺增生患者围术期实施强化心理护理及健康指导能够显著改善临床诊疗配合度,改善健康知识知晓情况。
Objective:To explore the effect of intensive psychological nursing and health guidance on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia during perioperative period.Methods:96 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given intensive psychological nursing and health guidance on the basis of routine nursing.The coordination degree and the excellent and good rate and the awareness rate of health knowledge were compared between groups.Results:There was statistically significant difference of the coordination degree and the excellent and good rate between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of diet,daily life,rehabilitation training and prevention of complications in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intensive psychological nursing and health guidance on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia during perioperative period could improve the coordination degree of clinical diagnosis and treatment significantly,and improve the knowledge of health knowledge.
