摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效。方法:收治新生儿肺炎108例,随机分为两组。对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组给予布地奈德联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、发热、气促及肺部啰音等体征消失时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效较好,可快速改善患儿症状。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with acetylcysteine in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods:108 cases of neonatal pneumonia were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide.The observation group was given aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with acetylcysteine.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,shortness of breath and pulmonary rales in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with acetylcysteine was effective in the treatment of neonate pneumonia,and could improve the symptoms of children rapidly.
