摘要
退行性骨关节病变多因关节先天性异常、关节畸形、创伤引发关节软骨退化损伤、软骨下骨反应性或关节边缘增生,多见于老年人群,且好发于活动量较多或负重关节,严重影响劳动能力及生活质量。为了帮助患者缓解病痛,改善关节功能,医者加大该疾病研究力度,以期为患者提供安全高效的诊疗方式。
Degenerative joint lesions of the joint are caused by congenital abnormality of joint,joint malformation,injury of articular cartilage caused by trauma,subchondral bone reactivity,or joint marginal hyperplasia,which are often seen in the elderly,and are more likely to be affected by more activity or weight bearing joints,which seriously affect the working ability and quality of life.In order to help patients relieve their pain and improve their joint function,doctors have intensified the research on this disease in order to provide a safe and efficient way of diagnosis and treatment for patients.This article discusses the traditional Chinese medicine in treating degenerative osteoarthropathy.
