摘要
用直读光谱仪分析未完全白口化样品时,其各元素分析结果会有较大误差。文章采用在未完全白口化的铸铁样品上,在同一激发点连续激发多次的方法,取分析结果趋于稳定时各元素的值,可达到快速分析的目的。分析结果与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱分析结果一致。
When incomplete whiten cast iron is analysed by OES,the result will be inaccurate.A method of continuous sparking in the same area on the sample.when the data be stable,we can get this stable data as the finally adopted results,we can quickly analysis sample.This results are accordant with inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer.
