摘要
网关是汽车不可缺少的信息枢纽,在汽车开发过程中同样可以发挥重要作用。文章旨在利用网关对汽车信息的处理能力,结合快速原型硬件系统,利用基于模型的开发语言进行二次开发,实现在汽车台架测试和整车试制过程中的程度调试作用。文章利用Matlab软件编写算法程序,利用dSPACE公司的RCP系统的硬件和软件设备开发网关模型并集成控制算法,采用其配套的上位机测试和监控软件Control Desk进行程序的测试。本文开发的网关模型通过了台架测试和整车测试,实验结果表明,此网关开发平台可以很好的满足汽车开发过程中网关及部分控制器算法的实验验证需求,具有很好的实用价值。
Gateway is a mainly part of vehicle;it can play an important role in the developing process of the car.This paper is aiming at utilizing the information handling function of the Gateway,the hardware of rapid control prototype and the model based design language to develop a Gateway model to implement in bench test and real car test.This paper employs Matlab to code relevant algorithm,RCP hardware and software of dSPACE to design Gateway model and integrate algorithm,ControlDesk to test the program.The Gateway model passed through the bench test and real car test.The results of the experiments indicate that the Gateway model can fulfill requirements of validation of real Gateway and some algorithm of other electric units.
