摘要
[目的]研究雌蚕蛾最佳冷藏温度和冷藏时间。[方法]采用不同冷藏温度和冷藏时间对雌蚕蛾进行冷藏,应用新复极差法(SSR法)对产卵质量进行差异性分析。[结果]雌蚕蛾在5℃条件下冷藏48 h以内,蚕卵质量无不良影响;在2.5℃条件下冷藏,随着冷藏时间的延长,良卵率逐步下降;在7.5℃条件下冷藏时间超过24 h时,蚕卵质量明显下降。[结论]家蚕雌蚕蛾冷藏的最适宜温度为2.5~5.0℃,在此温度下,冷藏时间不宜超过48 h,且冷藏时间越短越好。
[Objective]To study the best cold storage temperature and time.[Method]Keeping the female silkworm moth in cold storage with different temperatures and time,LSR method(SSR method)was applied to analyze the differences between the laying quality.[Result]There were no adverse effects on the quality of eggs under the condition of 5℃refrigerated within 48 h;refrigerated at 2.5℃,with the prolonging of cold storage,the percentage of good eggs gradually decreased;under the condition of 7.5℃exceeds 24 h,the quality of silkworm eggs decreased dramatically.[Conclusion]The optimum cold storage temperature of female silkworm moth was 2.5-5.0℃.At this temperature,the cold storage time should be within 48 h.The shorter the refrigerating time,the better.
