摘要
目的通过研究重庆各地区乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)群体遗传学,推测HBV爆发威胁的可能性。方法选择重庆市8个区域,收集HBV感染者血清768份,对HBV S基因序列进行测序,然后通过与A-H型标准序列进行比对,构建系统发育树,进一步进行HBV群体遗传学分析。结果 HBV血清样本中,B型和C型贝叶斯天界线呈上升趋势,中性检验值均呈负值,在大部分地区错配分布呈现单峰倒钟形分布;通过研究数据综合分析,近10年重庆大部分地区HBV群体经历了一个扩张过程。结论重庆各地区感染HBV的群体中,HBV B型及C型都在经历一定的扩张。因此组织大型的分子流行病学检测是预防HBV感染大规模爆发的重要方法之一。
Objective To speculate the possibility of hepatitis B virus(HBV)outbreak through analyzing the popula.tion genetics of HBV in Chongqing.Methods In eight selected regions of Chongqing,768 HBV.infected serum were collect.ed,and the HBV S genes were sequenced,and phylogenetic tree was constructed along with A.H genotype standard sequences;Furthermore the population dynamics of HBV were analyzed.Results The bayesian day line of genotype B and C was prone to rise.The value of neutrality tests were negative.In most regions of Chongqing the match distributions appeared in the shape of unimodal inverted bell.shaped distribution.Based on the study data,a comprehensive analysis showed in the past 10 years that the HBV virus in Chongqing has been going through a process of expanding.Conclusion In Chongqing,HBV population of genotype B and C are expanding.Therefore,large.scale molecular epidemiology research would be one of the important methods to prevent outbreaks of HBV infection.
