摘要
目的 探讨锁骨钩钢板在治疗锁骨远端骨折治疗中的疗效。方法 回顾总结采用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折(NeerII型)26例。结果 26例锁骨远端骨折(NeerII型)术后随访,随访3--48个月,平均24个月。根据karlsson疗效标准,优:24例,良:2例,差:0例。结论 锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折操作简单,固定可靠,术后能早期功能锻炼,且肩锁关节保持了微动,是一种有效的手术方法,能使患者取得较好的效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of clavicular hook plate for distal clavicle fracture.Methods 26 patients with distal clavicle fracture were treated by the clavicular hook plate from January 2005 to December 2009.Results 26 cases were followed up for 3--48 months,the average time was 24 months.According to Karlsson’S standards,the results were excellent in 24cases,good for 2 cases,0 case for bad.Conclusion Clavicular hook plate for treating distal clavicle fracture is a simple,the fixtion is reliable.Patient can practice after the operation in early stage,what”s more,the acromioclavicular can sustain minimove,so it is an effective way,it can make the patients get better results.
