摘要
大骨节病发病越早,症状和体征愈著;典型表现为身材矮小和四肢关节对称发病,特别是负重关节如膝关节和踝关节。现病区成年人踝关节大骨节病临床症状逐渐表现出来,严重影响患者的生活,大多临床医师对踝关节大骨节病认识不够全面,在临床诊治中容易漏诊、误诊。现本文针对踝关节大骨节的病因、影像学改变及鉴别诊断作一综述。
Kashin-Beck disease incidence of earlier,more symptoms and signs;typical short stature and limb symmetry in the incidence,especially in heavily loaded joints such as the knee and ankle joints.The adults ward ankle KBD clinical symptoms gradually appear,seriously affect the patient's life,most clinicians lack of comprehensive understanding of the ankle Kashin Beck disease,easily missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis in clinical diagnosis and treatment.This article aimed at the causes of ankle kaschinbeck disease,imaging changes and differential diagnosis are reviewed.
