摘要
目的观察穴位埋线治疗慢性荨麻疹的中医护理对策及效果。方法选取2014年3月~2017年3月本院收治的70例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。两组患者均给予穴位埋线治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医护理,对比两组患者的复发和护理满意情况。结果观察组复发率(2.86%)与对照组(17.14%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(97.14%)与对照组(80.00%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对穴位埋线治疗的慢性荨麻疹患者使用中医护理对策,可明显降低复发率,提高护理质量,临床意义重大。
Objective To observe the nursing strategy and effect of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 70 cases of chronic urticaria patients from March 2014~2017 year in March in our hospital,were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group was given TCM nursing,recurrence and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The recurrence rate was(2.86%)in the observation group and(17.14%)in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.14%)was significant compared with the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM nursing strategy to the patients with chronic urticaria treated with catgut embedding at acupoint can obviously reduce the recurrence rate,improve the quality of nursing care,and has great clinical significance.
