摘要
目的探讨延续护理对脑梗死患者的效果,评价其对运动功能障碍患者生活质量及社会支持的影响。方法将2015年1月~2016年5月于我院住院的102例脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各51例,对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用延续性护理,量表调查其生活质量及社会支持状况,分析用药依从性。结果两组患者出院时生活质量评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),出院3个月后,观察组生活质量各项目评分较对照组明显上升(P<0.05);患者的主客观支持提高,支持利用度也显著上升,差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者用药依从性差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论延续性护理可以改善脑梗死运动功能障碍患者的生活质量和社会支持状况,并能提高用药依从性,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the effect of continuation nursing on patients with cerebral infarction and evaluate its effect on quality of life and social support in patients with motor dysfunction.Methods A total of 102 patients with cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The intervention group was treated with continuous nursing,investigate their quality of life and social support status,analysis of drug compliance.Results There was no significant difference in quality of life at discharge between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of discharge,the quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The subjective and objective support of patients in the observation group increased significantly,and the availability of support was also significantly increased,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in drug compliance between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the quality of life and social support of patients with motor dysfunction of cerebral infarction.And it can improve the compliance of drug use,which is worthy of clinical application.
