摘要
目的探讨耳穴的热敏现象及耳穴热敏灸治疗常见病的疗效。方法采用普通艾条点燃后选择耳穴行灸法,治疗手部冻疮、颈腰痛、面瘫患者共计31例。结果 31例患者经过1~8次治疗后均临床治愈,总有效率100.00%。结论出现热敏及经络感传现象对症状的好转和治愈呈正相关性;局部灸耳穴存在热敏感传现象。
Objective To explore the phenomenon of heat sensitivity at auricular points and the curative effect of heat sensitive moxibustion at auricular points on common diseases.Methods 31 patients with hand frostbite,neck and low back pain and facial paralysis were treated with moxibustion at auricular points after kindling common moxa.Results All the 31 patients were cured after 1-8 times of treatment,and the total effective rate was 100.00%.Conclusion The phenomenon of heat sensitivity and meridian sensory transmission is positively correlated with the improvement and cure of symptoms.Local moxibustion of auricular points has the phenomenon of heat sensitive transmission.
