摘要
文章从渗漏对外墙外保温系统中保温材料导热系数的影响,以及导热系数变化对建筑节能影响两个方面,分析渗漏对外墙外保温系统保温性能的影响。通过不同湿度条件下保温材料导热系数的实验室测试,并采用建筑节能设计分析软件PBECA对多层和高层建筑实例的节能模拟分析,得出外墙渗漏将导致保温材料的导热系数明显增大,从而使外墙外保温系统的保温隔热性能大幅降低的结论。
This paper analyzes the influence of leakage on the thermal insulation performance of external wall's thermal insulation system from two aspects,namely:the influence of leakage on the thermal conductivity coefficient of thermal insulation materials in external wall's insulation system and the influence of thermal conductivity change on the building energy conservation.Through the laboratory test on the thermal conductivity coefficient of the thermal insulation material under different humidity conditions;and the energy-saving simulation analysis of the multi-story and high-rise building examples by building energy-saving design and analysis software PBECA,it is concluded that the external wall leakage will lead to a significant increase in the thermal conductivity coefficient of external wall's thermal insulation material;and a greatly decrease in the thermal insulation performance of external wall's thermal insulation system.
