摘要
在测试技术的应用中,比较普遍采用摆锤冲击试样的方法获得试验数据。试样的温度是一个关键因素。根据国标低温冲击试验条件要求,一般采用液氮降温温度为-196℃,该研究项目采用独特的节流蒸发装置使液氮蒸发温度突破国标极限降低至-200℃,研制的项目产品属国内首创,市场前景良好具有推广价值,获得实用新型专利一项。
In the application of testing technology,which obtained the test data through pendulum impact test specimen commonly.The temperature of the specimen is a key factor.According to the national standard of low temperature impact test requirements,generally liquid nitrogen cooling temperature to-196℃,this research project adopts the unique throttle evaporation device reduce evaporation temperature liquid nitrogen breakthrough natinal standard limit to-200℃,this development of project product is the first one in China,which has good market prospect and promotion value,access to a utility model patents.
