摘要
我国建筑行业发展具有起步晚发展快的显著特点,导致我国建筑企业自身发展中存在诸多弊端与问题。因此,加强工程施工管理模式创新就尤为重要。论文从建筑行业的发展与市场需求的角度出发,结合当下我国建筑企业的实际情况,对工程施工管理模式创新的必要性进行系统论述,并提出了相应的创新措施与方法,为我国建筑企业的顺利发展提供参考意见。
The development of construction industry in China has the remarkable characteristics of late start and rapid development,which leads to many disadvantages and problems in the development of Chinese construction enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the innovation of the management mode of engineering construction.From the point of view of the development of construction industry and the market demand,and combined with the actual situation of Chinese construction enterprises,this paper systematically discusses the necessity of innovation of the management mode of engineering construction,and puts forward the corresponding innovative measures and methods,so as to provide reference for the smooth development of Chinese construction enterprises.
