摘要
在新时期,竞技体育的发展水平直观的体现着一个国家综合国力的强弱,竞技体育的竞争,其实质就是体育人才的竞争。随着社会发展,篮球运动越来越受到人们的关注,我国篮球运动受到NBA联赛以及国际篮球职业化的影响,也呈现多元化、市场化的发展趋势。青少年篮球后备人才的培养成为职业篮球发展的动力,特别是中学生篮球已经成为大学生篮球和职业篮球的后备人才库,中学生篮球发展水平的高低,在一定程度上对职业篮球甚至是我国篮球的发展产生着深远的影响。新疆职业篮球在近十多年取得了长足的进步,这离不开新疆良好的中学生篮球发展氛围,文章对新疆中学生篮球运动队发展现状进行研究。
