重叠隧道上洞开挖面支护与注浆压力对下洞隧道的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 以昆明地铁首期工程环城南路站—昆明火车站站区间重叠隧道为背景,研究重叠隧道施工时开挖面支护压力及注浆压力对下洞隧道的影响。采用有限元数值模拟方法,分析了土仓压力与注浆压力对地表沉降和下洞管片衬砌结构应力的影响。研究表明,注浆压力的影响更为显著,盾构掘进应保证开挖面支护压力不小于地层原始水平应力,注浆压力应控制在0.8~1.0倍地层原始应力范围内。 Taking the interval overlapping tunnels at Huanchengnanlu station and Kunming railway station in the fi rst phase of the Kunming metro project as an example,this paper studies the impact of support pressure and grouting pressure on lower tunnel in the construction of overlapping tunnel.The impact of the chamber earth pressure and grouting pressure on the ground surface settlement and the structure stress of the lower tunnel lining is analyzed by the finite element numerical simulation method.The study shows that the effect of grouting pressure is more signifi cant.The shield tunneling advance must ensure that the support pressure of the excavation face is no less than the original horizontal stress of the stratum,and the grouting pressure should be controlled in the range of 0.8-1.0 times of the original stress formation.
