摘要
分析了校内实训中心建设的必要性,调查了地方本科院校食品科学与工程专业实训中心建设的现状。在此基础上,以湖南文理学院为例介绍了转型背景下地方高校食品科学与工程专业校内实训中心建设的探索与实践。具体包括实训中心建设的基本原则、建设的基本内容、绩效评价和运行管理瓶颈等,以期为同类高校提供借鉴和参考。
The necessity of intramural traning centrer construction was analyzed,and the current situation of intramural traning center construction of food science and engineering in local colleges was surveyed.Then,Hu'nan University of Arts and Sciene was selected as an example,and the research and practice on the construction of intramural traning centrer for food science and engineering in local colleges was introduced.In detial,it included the general principle and the basic content of traning center construction,its performance evaluation,and the choke points for operations management.The current paper could reference for similar institutions.
