摘要
采用文献资料法,梳理日本申办与弃办1940年第12届奥运会的过程。主要结论:申奥与弃奥,均为日本奥运战略的反映;日本的申奥动用了国内外资源,最终变不利为有利;然而,日本未能兑现申奥承诺,发动了侵略战争,失去了举办机会。建议:协调好奥运会与民族国家之间的关系,方能夯实奥运会的基础,实现奥林匹克事业的可持续发展。
This paper uses literature review to illustrate the overall process on Japan's bid for the XII Olympic Games and its abandoning on it.Conclusions:Whatever the bid or its abandoning for the Games are all of Japan's strategies on Olympics.The resources that Japan used from both inside and outside country helped with its success in bid for the Games.However,Japan lost the chance to held the Olympic Games eventually due to the war of aggression against China.Suggestions:Only by coordinating well the relationship between Olympic Games and national states can make a solid and sustainable development for the Olympic Games.
