摘要
分析并总结了“环保管家”这一概念出现的背景及服务定位的发展过程。提出了环保管家的定义是“以专业技术为基础,以管理为导向,加入企业生态链并与之共存的环保管理理念,是取代传统企业管理模式的新型专业管理形式”。就“环保管家”在环境管理方面所运用的服务模式进行了分析与探讨。
A background of emerging the concept of“environment-friendly housekeeper”and the development of its service orientation were analysed and summarised.The definition of“environmentfriendly housekeeper”could be a new style of professional management based on specialised technology,oriented by management and coupled with ecological chain in enterprises to replace the traditional enterprise management modes.Meanwhile,its service modes applied to environmental management were analysed and discussed.
