摘要 SCC36000A型履带起重机应用于重大专项CAP1400型压水堆核电机组大件模块/设备的吊装工作,主要承担蒸汽发生器、反应堆压力容器、钢安全壳、CA01、CA03、CA20、穹顶等核岛大件设备的吊装就位工作。核岛建造高峰期时大件设备吊装密集,SCC36000A型履带起重机在核岛间的转场速度直接影响到大件设备的吊装就位工作。文中叙述了SCC36000A履带起重机整机结构特点和控制原理,分析了其行走模式,为国产3 000 t级履带起重机提高行走效率、避免自身结构损伤、保证核岛大件设备吊装进度提供了参考。 SCC36000A crawler crane is used to hoist large modules/equipment for major special CAP1400 PWR nuclear power unit,mainly for hoisting large nuclear island equipment such as steam generator,reactor pressure vessel,steel containment vessel,CA01,CA03,CA20 and dome.Nuclear island construction peak sees mounting demands for large equipment hoisting,and the speed of SCC36000A crawler crane moving among nuclear islands directly affects the hoisting of large equipment.The paper describes the structure characteristics and control principle of SCC36000A crawler crane,and discusses its walking mode,which can be helpful for improving walking efficiency of domestic 3,000 t crawler crane,avoiding damage to its own structure and guaranteeing the hoisting progress of large nuclear island equipment.
