摘要
调研分析中职学生素养现状不佳的成因,结合浙江省中职学生核心素养内涵和班主任关于班级管理的价值取向,提出并践行"团结、乐学、阳光、坚韧"班训的策略和内化路径,实践表明,赋能型才艺展示活动以及班主任的持续陪伴和精准鼓励,在良好班集体形成和学生核心素养培养中起到重要作用。
The causes of the poor quality of secondary vocational students are investigated and analyzed in this article.Combining the core literacy of the secondary vocational students in Zhejiang and the value orientation of class management,the strategies and internalization paths of"unity,curiousness,sunshine and resilience"are put forward and practiced.Practice shows that talented talent display activities,and the head teacher’s continuous company and precise encouragement play an important role in the formation of good classes and the cultivation of students'core qualities.
