摘要
都市农业主题旅游是乡村旅游形态中"围绕中心城市型"的新产品,解决产品同质化、顾客偏好产品不足且缺乏深度、经营主体未进行科学规划管理等问题,是此次研究的目的。通过文献、案例研究、问卷调研、专家研讨会等方法,研究顾客偏好与核心要素的关系,确定核心要素的构成。得到以下结论:(1)农业主题公园建设核心要素包括运营管理模式、互动活动、高科技设计创新、儿童设施、一二三产业结合、主题特色、交通餐饮住宿条件7大类。(2)现有农业主题公园未包含核心要素的原因:一是由于经营者资金规模、开发时间不足,未进行完善调研;二是当前设计公司能力参差不齐,没有完善的指导准则。(3)对国家相关政策提出建议,制定核心要素的评分体系,提供指导依据。
Urban agriculture tourism as a new product of rural tourism around central city solves problems such as project homogeneity,customer preference and depth insufficiency,and planning problems on operators,which is also the purpose of this study.Through literature review,case study,questionnaire survey,expert seminar and other methods,the relationship between customer preference and core elements of agricultural theme park is studied.By interviewing existing operators about their construction ideas,this paper analyses the reasons why they exclude certain core elements.The conclusions are as following.(1)The core elements of the construction of agricultural theme park include:operation and management model,interactive activities,high-tech design innovation,children's facilities,industry integration,theme characteristics,and condition of traffic,food,and accommodation.(2)The reasons why existing agricultural theme park did not include core elements comprise two aspects,one referring to the capital scale and development time,the other referring to the capability of design teams.(3)This paper also puts forward suggestions to improve the construction of the theme parks in the future.
