摘要
目的了解深圳市某医院护士遭受工作场所身体暴力现状。方法采用自编调查问卷对深圳某三甲医院临床护士进行整群抽样调查,调查过去一年护士遭受的身体暴力事件、影响身体暴力事件伤害程度的因素及身体暴力对其心理及行为的影响。结果身体暴力事件的发生率为7.89%,身体暴力受害人员伤害程度无明显及重度损伤。不同性别、不同年龄、不同工龄、不同职称、不同教育程度、不同婚姻状况,不同科室之间的护士遭受不同伤害程度的身体暴力发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论由于缺乏规范的暴力事件上报制度,深圳某三甲医院护士遭受身体暴力事件发生率低于以往调查数据;身体暴力事件对护士的心理及行为危害较为严重。
Objective To understand the status of physical violence in nurses in a hospital in Shenzhen.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a cluster sampling survey of clinical nurses in a top-three hospital in Shenzhen to investigate the physical violence incidents suffered by nurses in the past year,factors influencing the extent of physical violence injuries,and the effects of physical violence on their psychological and behavioral behavior.Results The incidence of physical violence was 7.89%.There was no significant and severe injury to the victims of physical violence.There was no significant difference in the incidence of physical violence among nurses with different degrees of injury between different genders,ages,working years,job titles,education levels,and marital status(P>0.05).Conclusion Due to the lack of a standardized reporting system for violence,the incidence of physical violence suffered by nurses in a top-three hospital in Shenzhen was lower than previous survey data;physical violence was a serious psychological and behavioral hazard to nurses.
